News Scholarship banquet brings Dole to campus

On March 31, former U.S. Majority Leader, 1996 Republican Presidential candidate, World War II veteran, and author Bob Dole came to visit Mississippi College. Dole came to Mississippi College in attempt to raise scholarship money for the school's first annual scholarship banquet. [COMPLETE STORY]

    To sum up my date with Micha Gilbey I would have to go with the word amazing. From the time I picked her up, to the time I had to drop her off, I was filled with amazement. She looked amazing.     Balls will fly in Rochester, Minn., as the Mississippi College Table Tennis Team competes for the national championship April 11-13. This comes after their surprise victory at the Dixie Division tournament in Hattiesburg last month. MC's Table Tennis Team beat out such giants as the University of Mississippi, Mississippi State, and the University of Southern California. [COMPLETE STORY]

    Shut your mouth. That is all you have to do. Tie a string around your finger, wear a rubber band on your wrist or better yet just tattoo "shut up" on the palm of your hand. Do whatever it takes to remind yourself to close those lips of yours when you are about to let some information slip that could potentially bring hurt to another person and their reputation.
